Learn how to edit the details of all your staff members on Oliver POS.
Yes, you can edit the details of any staff member just by clicking the ‘Edit details’ button on the staff page of app.oliverpos.com. You need to select the appropriate staff member from the list before making any edit.
Once you select the appropriate staff member, click on the "Edit Details" button and you will see a pop-up window where you can edit the name, role and PIN. You can also give them access to manage inventory from the POS system. Toggle the switch beside location to allow them access to the location.
You can also reset the password of staff members by clicking on the "Reset Password" button.
Once you are done, click "Update" to save your changes.
