How do I connect my Stripe terminal to Oliver POS?

Step 1) Go to your Oliver Hub and add Stripe Terminal as a Payment by clicking on the Payment Types Tab > Add New and click the Add button under STRIPE TERMINAL from the list of Terminal Payments

Step 2) Now go to the Stripe Terminal Dashboard 

1. Click on a location, and under the Readers section, click [+ New]
2. On your reader, enter the key sequence 0-7-1-3-9 to display a unique registration code.
3. Enter the code when prompted.
   

This will give you a unique Reader ID ex.(Reader ID: tmr_EB4GMaAn2FxAxr)

Next, Get your Stripe Terminal Secret Key from the Stripe website under the Developers Tab.

Step 3) Setup within Oliver POS Hub > Login and click on the Payment Types Tab > Then scroll down until you see Stripe Terminal we added in step 1 and click it.

Now enter the Secret Key you obtained from Stripe.com into the Secret Key field and click the Submit button.

Next click on Terminals on the left menu under General Settings and click on the Add New Terminal Button.

Now enter the Reader ID retrieved from the Stripe Terminal Dashboard into the Reader ID field and click the Connect button.

NOTE: The Reader ID field will change to the Terminal Serial Number confirming it has worked.

You have successfully added Stripe as a payment type
