If you've connected a compatible receipt printer but your Oliver receipts still don't seem right, it's likely that the paper size isn't set properly for that Register.

To change the receipt size, first head to the Oliver HUB. Receipt sizes are specific to each Register (POS or Kiosk), so the first step is to specify which one that is.

Click on Settings and select Registers. Once in the Registers page, click the name of the register whose receipt settings you wish to access.

Under the Details tab, you should see an option called Receipt Size where the size of the receipt can be adjusted.

Oliver currently supports four different paper sizes for receipt printing via POS and Kiosk:

  • 58mm

  • 80mm

  • US Letter

  • A4

Don’t forget to hit Submit to apply the changes!
